Her parents arranged play dates with their friends' children and that is where Tori met her longtime friends Shinta, his younger sister June, and her other friends Lily, Nex, and Mary. They hung out together for years and even went to school together.
When Tori was older she decided to move to Moon Valley for a better education, but when she arrived to Isafaro and became a citizen she was drafted by the Vulture military and trained to be a deadly killing machine in the Isafaro's military. Now working under the command of Wade and Jade to patrol the streets of Isafaro.
